Do you have a store location? 

YES! We are located at 16 West Church Avenue SW Roanoke, Virginia 24011 - In the Crafteria building - Suite 102. Our store hours are Tuesday-Friday 11am-5pm, Saturday 10am-5pm, and Sunday 10am-4pm. We are closed on Mondays. Come check us out! 

Who designs your pieces? 

Southwest Native was founded with the help of twelve experienced and incredibly talented designers. Nine of our twelve designers are trustworthy women-owned businesses; seven designers solely craft handmade pieces; and over half of our designers are well-established and resourceful in pledging to social causes for the better good of every one of us. As we have grown, we have added five Roanoke artisans that have expanded our offerings. 

What materials are your pieces made of? 

Each piece is different! You will want to check the product description for each piece. If you have any questions, please contact us via email at info@shopsouthwestnative.com. 

How do I keep my jewelry piece(s) in the best condition? 

Tarnishing is always possible, based on exposure to water, detergents, perfumes, lotions, or hair products. It can also be caused by our skin's natural pH levels. To maintain each piece and maintain the quality and shine, we have some tips: 

  1. Avoid Wet Substances *This includes applying lotions
  2. Only clean jewelry with a soft cloth *Do not use a jewelry cleaner on any Southwest Native piece 
  3. Store jewelry properly - Southwest Native Pouch or hanging them *Always separate by metals

Is there any sort of quality guarantee offered with my purchase?

What if I need to cancel my order? 

Once your order is placed, we cannot process changes or cancellations. Southwest Native reserves the right to cancel an order for reasons including [but not limited to] unauthorized, altered, or ineligible use of an offer or non-payment.

What if I receive a damaged piece? 

Please be assured, this is NOT the Southwest Native way. If your piece arrives defective, please contact our team within the 3-business days of your delivery date. You must email us directly at info@shopsouthwestnative.com.

I believe my package was lost or stolen. What do I do?

When you place an order, please note that the liability of your delivery is between you and USPS. Southwest Native is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We cannot make any exceptions to this policy.  

I am not in love with my piece. Can I return it? 

Absolutely. We ask that you email us with a return request within 30-days of purchase or from the date of your delivery. For a smooth return experience, please check out our Return Policy.

Do you ship outside of the Continental U.S.? 

Not yet! We hope to offer international shipping soon.
