Please email info@shopsouthwestnative.com with a return request WITHIN 30 DAYS OF DELIVERY/PURCHASE. Please provide your first name and last name, as well as your order number and/or receipt. You will receive a response within 2 business days. Please be advised that we do not offer return labels. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. 


At this time, Southwest Native does not offer refunds to the original payment method. For any returned piece(s), store credit will be offered through a digital gift card. We have provided reminders below to ensure a smooth return experience: 

  • Shipping Charges are non-refundable 
  • Return requests received after the 30-day return period will not be accepted
